After working as an internal change manager in a large British organisation, Simon has been an international coach for talent in leadership, negotiation and development of high added value teams for 20 years.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n


He has worked with over 50 nationalities including Germany, England, Saudi Arabia, China, South Korea, Malaysia, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Serbia, Thailand, the United States, Latin America and Africa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


He has been involved for 15 years within HEC Executive Education and EDHEC in leadership and on EMBA cycles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Simon is also a Master Trainer of Trainers on Wiley's DISC family of profiles, and on the WorldWork International Profile. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Very early on, Sol\u00e8ne developed a passion for the human sciences, particularly psychology. After studying applied mathematics and history, she decided to combine this passion with another: sport. A passionate horse rider, a relentless boxer and a willing golfer, she trained in mental preparation for high-level athletes, in transactional analysis and in the DISC approach. Today, she supports high-level athletes in preparation for the Olympic Games and other world events.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n


Since 2023, she has been working in companies, bringing her experience and in particular her expertise in high performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
